How to apply in the app
Step by step — the same process as the website
Add the applicant
Type names exactly as they appear on the passport chip. Scan the biodata page if you prefer, then confirm every field. One file per traveller — children need their own passport.
Documents
Upload the checklist for that route: photo, bank evidence, employment or study letters, invitations. The dashboard marks what is still missing before you reach payment.
Pay Direct
Pay the Alif Visa service fee in the app. Government visa fees stay separate. After payment the WordPress order and your application reference stay in sync.
We prepare the file
The Wolverhampton team reviews consistency — names, dates, funds and purpose. You may be asked for a clearer scan. We prepare; the embassy or visa authority decides.
Track on your phone
Open the app or track application with your reference and email. Status follows the same order you see in WordPress.

How Alif Visa processes the file
Paid
The app and dashboard show Paid. A WordPress order is created with the applicant, nationality, destination and contact details so the team can start.
In review
We check names against the passport, dates against tickets, and funds against the destination’s published rules. You get a request in the app if a scan is unreadable.
Submitted / decided
When the file is complete we prepare the government or visa-centre submission the destination uses. The authority decides. You see the outcome on the same reference.
Arrival windows we quote
From a paid, complete file: most visit and business routes 32 to 45 days. Work and study 65 to 74 days. Transit 24 to 72 hours. Authority queues can still move those dates.
What the app does not do
It does not stamp a visa, take biometrics, or override a government decision. Alif Visa is a private company. Fingerprints stay at the visa centre the destination names.
